Hero Dirt and Rock Slabs - RAW
Return To The Roots | RAW MTB from Jukebooth on Vimeo.
Growing up, Patrick Noonan knew he was fortunate to have the White Mountains of New Hampshire as his playground. He would build trails behind his parent’s house with friends or hike up one of the peaks in his backyard.
Waking up at 5:00 am just to get a ride in before work was routine for Pat. If no one else was around to join him, he would savor a solo hike and ride. He loved that there was always a sense of exploration and newness to the trails that would change from season to season.
Pat has biked all over the world and has loved every experience along the way. Yet he always loves returning to his hometown to shred some of the trails where his love for biking all began.
We joined Pat on an early morning hike to film this place he called home and spend the day in the White Mountains.

Nice stuff! Those trails look great- would you consider sharing a general location for those of us who might be interested in checking them out? Thanks!

North Conway NH. Although I’ve never ridden my bike there, I’ve been to those ledges many times. I’ll be bringing my bike next time for sure. Great small, outdoors driven town too. Good food, good beer. Attitash right up the street for good DH.

Yep, climbed there a ton, but never biked. People should strongly consider only ever going there in the fall, as the bugs are horrendous in the spring and summer.

We've got a lot going on up here! New machine built shuttleable DH run that's about 1200' of vert going in at the moment as well and should be ready to ride by the spring. Also, the rule of thumb with the bugs is just avoid the woods between Mothers and Fathers day.. If you ride fast enough they wont bother you!

Sounds a lot like where I live over in the Adirondacks! Can't wait to come ride and compare notes on bugs. Thanks a lot of chiming in- do you have a local trails organization?
