Elite Final Results from the Andorra DH World Championships 2024
Conditions were fast and loose today for finals today as the Elite World Championship results are in from Andorra.
Vali Höll makes wins her third World Championships title in a row, with a nail bitter of a finals run as she was the last to drop. Höll face adversity from Myriam Nicole who managed to win some sections, but Höll ultimately secured victory with a faster final split. Tahnee Seagrave wrapped up the weekend with another World Champs medal finishing in third place, 1.2 seconds off the winning pace.
Loris Vergier won his first elite title, just 10 years after in junior win dating back to 2014. Vergier managed to edge above Benoit Coulanges by a mere 0.148 seconds, but his title would be in the hands of the final rider. Following being on pace for victory in the upper splits, Loic Bruni crashed in the lower half of the course that would ultimately end his chances at another win in Andorra and see him in third place on the weekend.
