SRAM XO DH for 2012
You knew it was coming. SRAM has made a huge effort to support some of the biggest names in DH racing and it’s clearly a large part of their marketing plan. Until now if you were a DH racer looking to use the best performing SRAM gear (including Avid and Truvativ) you’d be choosing parts that would look comfortable on an XC race bike. This wasn’t a huge problem becauase they were light, relatively robust and they performed very well. The DH bike I just put together is just about full XO and it’s about the smoothest operator I’ve swung a leg over.
Still there was some room for improvement and making a group specifically for DH was an opportunity to make those moves.
The entire XO DH group.
The product testers.
Hopefully we’ll have some parts to try shortly so we can let you know how they roll. What do you think so far?
