Volunteers Needed!

The 2011 NSMBA Bike & Gear Swap is taking place Saturday, April 9 at Jaycee House in North Vancouver and we need volunteers to make this a successful event! Ina Hunt will be coordinating volunteers for the swap with the help of Aimee Dunn. Specific details of duties etc will be provided closer to the time but here is a general overview of what we need volunteers for:
 
Gear Check-in: 3 nights at Jaycee House (April 6 – 8, 5pm – 10pm)
Swap setup (Friday, April 8 evening)
Bike & Gear Swap (April 9) – positions include security, entry fee sales, floor reps, cashiers, parking marshalls
Post-Swap tear down
There will be a post-swap BBQ at Jaycee House with bevies, food and awesomeness to thank everyone for helping. Our greatly appreciated volunteers will also have first dibs on gear swap items an hour before the swap opens to the public on Saturday.

 
If you are interested in volunteering, please email Ina Hunt ([email protected]) with the following information by March 25:
 
Your name, phone number (preferably cell phone) and preferred email address
Dates & times you want to volunteer. You can volunteer for one shift (minimum 2 – 4 hours) or as many as you want.
If you have volunteered before for a specific position, please let us know if you want to do the same.
Once we have a list of volunteers, we’ll finalize position details and schedule and follow-up with you.
