2016 NSMB Loam Ranger
Not long ago, we put the 2015 Black and White Race Face NSMB Loam Ranger in our store, and they sold like bug juice at a Zika convention. Turns out some of you animals have good taste.
Now, though, we have the 2016 version of them here, and in case you’re thinking “summer’s coming, why would I want a plaid flannel jacket?”, let me just ask: while you’re sitting around the campfire, what will you use to wipe the top of the Bourbon bottle that your sketchy campsite neighbour is passing around? What’s your go-to layer going to be when you get back to the truck after an afternoon of ripping trail and you need to cover that neon and blue jersey before some townie pulls your jersey over your head and schools you?
That’s what I thought.
My technical assessment deduced that this camera is out of picture-making paper.
It’s currently Juneuary here in North Vancouver, and my Loam Ranger is getting a lot of use. They’re in the store now. Don’t miss your chance – we can’t get too many more of these from Race Face. For real. Whether or not you think you need one as a road trip jacket/pillow/picnic blanket/wood-chopping costume, you’re sure as hell gonna use it more than you think, and it’ll be nicely worn in and hanging on a peg in the shed when the leaves turn this fall. And I’m sorry to tell you, but fall isn’t that far away.
NSMB edition Loam Rangers. Come and get ’em. They still come with a stealthy flask pocket and quilted lining. Syrup stains and campfire ember holes not included.
Our version of the Loam Ranger by Race Face has the NSMB logo embroidered on it.
That’s what it looks like without the embroidery.
Even Wade Simmons needs to wear a jacket around the campfire sometimes.

Race Face probably won’t admit this, but they named the Loam Ranger after our very own contributor(s) that goes by the same name.

I have a question about the size. I'm 6'3″and my chest circumference is about 38″. According to that, medium size would match perfectly. But what about arm length? Should I rather go for a large one? Thanks for any hint!
