No stitches but got a damn big graze/bruise from log stall/pecker meets stem mishap back in the late 80's…..rode with part of an old foam grip zip-tied to the stem for a few years after that. Never had a repeat but the the memory of doing a John Wayne walk for a week after kept me extra careful while log hopping. Not anywhere near as bad as this fella though….ouch!

That sounds bad, too. Maybe worse, actually. But 14 stitches to the pecker is way more dramatic.
