If you really must be a dick, check the results that are published online, find his time, then find where he breaks the beams and you will see that he probably hasnt sped it up, he's just fast.

That was my reaction for the first few seconds, but no - it isn't sped up, that's just what it looks like if you're that fast. Freakish, really.
