Mondraker Summum Carbon Build Process
This video contains a pretty standard carbon frame manufacturing process. Looking at this it’s pretty easy to argue that these – like all carbon frames – are handbuilt in their own way. It’s rare to be given such transparent access to a company’s carbon manufacturing process, but the part that’s missing is what most factories guard closely: extracting the inner mould from the frame after the heat treating process has taken place. Still, if this process has always seemed a bit mysterious, this video from Mondraker will likely fill in a few gaps for you.
Everyone does this a little differently – and most manufacturers keep their processes secret. Did you learn anything here?

Surprised that they can handle carbon fibre sheeting without gloves.

Yeah, that was pretty badass. I'd love to see a video showing the various different methods of carbon frame construction.
