Sunshine Coaster XC and DH Races

The Sunshine Coaster returns to Roberts Creek May 5 and 6, with a full weekend of cycling events lined up.

On Saturday May 5th, the XC Marathon (50k) and XC short track (25k) have self-seeded mass starts at 10am. Right after that the 12 and unders head out on their 5km course. The really little ones have a run bike race in the corral at 12.45pm, right before Pro prizing.

A salmon BBQ and beer garden await the finishers. Draw prizes and a Coaster beer mug for
every entrant plus tons of draw prizes.

Sunday May 6th is the ever popular Mach Chicken downhill.  This almost sold out – as of the time of writing, only 12 spots left. Catering by the infamous “B Team”, cash prizing for Pros, lots of draw prizes, and a free beer mug for all.
