More From The Claw
Well you heard it and I’m claiming it was the best day of filming I’ve ever had…
It started out with heading out at 12:30 in the afternoon which is the hottest part of the day at 44 celsius.
We got to the zone and the line that i had seen from across the river was in the light and I was doubtfull it was rideable since it was a ledge beside a cliff that was off cambered most of the way. After walking up the line i decided it was shreddable and I killed it with backlit dust spewing out from the chutes I was more than pumped.
Shortly after I watched James Doerfling kill his line and then Kurt sorge nailed his as well.
We all nailed another line in that zone then after a quick bath in the river we rolled to the konger lines.which was one of the hardest hikes ive ever done. Once we got to the top the good old dust storm was rolling in and threatening our precious light so doerfling dropped in first then me second and sorge last.
All I have to say is that those lines were rowdy at least 1500 feet vertical and some of the sickest mountain biking on the planet that has ever gone down…
